| | |  The Advisory Team for QGS combines industry experts, respected business leaders, and senior government officials from around the world. - Ngoc Diep (Jim) Hoang (Senior Executive Adviser) Mr. Hoang is a highly respected figure in the Vietnamese telecommunications and IT community, due to his active involvement and contribution towards the industry since his return to Viet Nam from Australia in 1991.Currently, Mr. Hoang’s public roles are senior adviser to FoxConn, a leading Taiwanese ICT manufacturer; Executive and Principal Partner of VietComm, a leading telecommunications and PR consulting firm. Previously, he was with Qualcomm Inc as Senior Director for SEA region and Vietnam Country Manager for seven years. Mr. Hoang holds an M.A. in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree at Charles Stuart University, New South Wales, Australia.
